It is a New Year!

When we reflect on 2016, I must honestly say that we experienced disappointments, heartaches, and losses. I must also acknowledge He has proven to be our Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Rapha, and our Jehovah Shalom. Without Him, we would not have made it this far.

Join me as I remember and reflect on the song written by Andre Crouch:

Through it All
I've had many tears and sorrows
I've had questions for tomorrow
There've been times I didn't know right from wrong
But in every situation God gave blessed consolation
That my trials only come to make me strong.

Through it all, through it all
Through it all, through it all
I've learned to trust in Jesus
I've learned to trust in God
Through it all, through it all
Through it all, through it all
I've learned to depend upon His Word.

I am expecting great things this year! No one can do it all. No man or woman is an island unto him or herself. We need each other to survive.  I need those who are willing to say “Here am I.”

This is the year we want to use our past to motivate and propel us into the future, not to anchor us to the past. This is the year when all debts are free and new beginnings burst forth. This is the year of the abundance of rain. This is the time to sow bountifully so you will reap a bountiful harvest.

Remember 2 Corinthians 9:6: "Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously."

Can I count on you?
